A wannabe 007 trucker was arrested on the George Washington bridge yesterday after officers observed his toll evading trick. When approaching the toll booth the driver, Nelson Vaquiz, would pull a string raising his license plate making it unreadable to cameras and thus avoiding the 65 dollar toll. According to the Port Authority nearly 14 million dollars in tolls have been lost over the past two years with similar cons. The result? One impounded Peterbilt and a 5,000 dollar bail. Video below.
