A perfect candidate is this flim documenting the daily run of a trucker between Montreal and New York. Dispatchers, drivers, mechanics and dockmen all have their 15 seconds of fame in this little slice of trucking history. It’s fascinating to see how information was processed and tracked before the age of the computer. Something tells me that while the systems in place may not have been as fast as the electronics of today they were every bit as reliable, probably more so.
