International Harvester Bulldozers

Take a look at this, two International TD (exact model uknown) bulldozers in pristine shape in the year 2015. Hard to believe your own eyes.

These two machines belong to Fisher Construction, a local company specializing in rail construction services. Fisher has a whole army of equipment on call 24/7 to respond to rail emergencies.

I’m not sure what these two are doing as nothing appears to be off the tracks. It’s possible they already did their work and waiting for the trip back home.

Back in the dark days of winter we saw this pair working to place a Canadian National train back on the tracks. At the time I just assumed these were Caterpillar units of some kind. You know what they say about assumptions…

I wish I could tell you more about the make/year/vintage but I am clueless. If any out there knows better please let me know!

I think those internationals were from the late 60’s or early 70’s. Because it just says Internatinal on them and before that time it was International Harvester Farmall.

  2. Cody says:

Haha. I’m a big fan of IH and Farmalls

  3. JACK FISHER says:

All I can say is “cool”. As a railroad engineer for UP and a farmer/ rancher that owns his own TD15b, I am impressed.

      • Eric says:

I know it’s wrong but every time I pass by the rail yard I hope to see them in action. This would mean a derailment happened buuuuutttt, they are really cool.
