A friend of mine moved into a new house about a year ago. You may remember when he shared with us a video of the lumber used to construct the frame of home as it was delivered. Almost since day one of the project he has told me of the sheer amount of truck and heavy equipment traffic that takes place in his new housing development. I’ve often thought I should swing by during the work week to check it out but I am lazy and forgetful. It’s a good combination. Thankfully he has taken the initiative and grabbed a few great shots.
I never realized how many cement trucks were required to pour the foundation of modern home. In this photo alone there are four of them. Once you throw in the pumper truck you have one impressive operation.
A new house with a view of construction day in and day out. Talk about lucky! Trust me, he doesn’t feel this way. LOL!

Looks like a Ryan development.
Sure is.
