We now return to sunny California for yet another great find by Ryan in the form of this Autocar tanker. Based on the rounded grill and the hood ornament I’m going to peg this truck squarely in the middle of the fabulous 50’s. Possibly a 53 to 56? This would be one of the first Autocars to support the world famous and long lived “Drivers Cab”, an all metal cab, a first for the company. Perhaps this is a model DC-10064? If you know better please let me know.
