J.D. Power and Associates has named International as the 2011 award recipient for the Highest Customer Satisfaction among Pickup and Delivery Class 8 Trucks. This class covers the ProStar+, DuraStar, and TranStar. International trucks scored high marks in Engine, Cost of Operation, Warranty, Cab and Body, Ride/Handling/Braking and Transmissions. The closest competitor was an average of 27 points below International in each category. The most telling fact? International has the lowest number of problems per 100 trucks. If your truck is in the shop it’s not making money.
