When I started this website in the spring of 2011 the Freightliner 114SD was the new truck on the scene and the 108SD was just a twinkle in someones eye. Now over two years later you don’t have to look very far to find one (or two!) at your local user of heavy trucks.
The Town of Wheeler has bucked the trend of orange colored trucks and selected an almost neon lime green color for their new 108SD. It looks good in this color and this is coming from a guy who usually finds the 108 to be a odd looking truck.
And a few more angles of the duo for old time sake. The Wheeler truck is sporting a Henderson setup while the orange unit is decked in Everest brands.
